What does modular business solution mean? +

Our modular business solution allows you to select exactly the functions you actually need. You only pay for what you really use, and you can add more modules at any time as your business grows or your requirements change.

How long does implementation take? +

Implementation time depends on the number of modules. We calculate about one hour for basic implementation per module. For our 3-module bundle, the total implementation is about 2-3 hours (including basic setup). The system is ready for use immediately after implementation.

What are the benefits of the maintenance contract? +

With our support & maintenance contracts (retainers), you not only secure guaranteed response times and support hours, but also benefit from discounted prices for additional modules (300 €/CHF instead of up to 500 €/CHF) with the Basic and Pro packages. In the Premium package, additional modules are even free. We ensure that your applications always run smoothly.

Can I add modules later? +

Yes, you can add more modules to your existing KMUpower Suite at any time. The prices are tiered: The 1st module costs 1,000 €/CHF, the 2nd 900 €/CHF, ..., from the 6th module onwards 500 €/CHF each. If you have a Basic or Pro maintenance contract, you pay only 300 €/CHF for each additional module. With the Premium retainer, additional modules are free.

How long do the maintenance contracts run? +

Our support and maintenance contracts (retainers) have a minimum term of 6 months. After this period, they can usually be terminated with a notice period (e.g. monthly or quarterly, details in the contract). We recommend a longer-term partnership to continuously benefit from support, updates, and advantages.

What technology is the KMUpower Suite based on? +

The KMUpower Suite is based on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. It uses SharePoint for data and documents, Teams for collaboration, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for applications and workflows. Each user needs a Microsoft 365 license (Business Standard or higher) to fully use the suite.

What customizations are possible outside the modules? +

Changes that go beyond the standard scope of a module are charged additionally. For this, you can use our retainer models or hour packages. The individual hourly rate is 225 €/CHF, we also offer packages with 10 hours (2,100 €/CHF) or 20 hours (4,000 €/CHF).

How do the dependencies between modules work? +

Some modules build on each other to ensure all data is properly linked. For example, Time Tracking requires the Employee Management module. Project hours can only be recorded if both Time Tracking and Project Management are available. Invoicing requires Quote Management. We'll be happy to advise you on the optimal combinations for your requirements when selecting modules.

The solution uses SharePoint for data and documents, Teams for collaboration, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for applications and workflows. No additional server installations or complex IT infrastructure is required.

How does the implementation of KMUpower Suite work? +

Implementation takes place in three steps: 1) Analysis conversation to determine exact needs and clarify modules. 2) Implementation of the core package or desired add-ons. 3) Individual customizations via retainer or hour packages if needed. The core package can usually be deployed within 4 weeks, allowing you to quickly benefit from the solution.
